Q. Do you accept returns? A: Not at this time. As a small shop we dont have the infrastructure to support it. After we grow I hope to institute that option.
Q. Do you have a warranty? A: 1 Year. You ship it back and I will fix it and I will pay return shipping back to you. If it has been altered or modified in anyway this will void the warranty.
Q. How do you test pedals? A: Each pedal is left on for 9 hours, each switch is activated continuously for 10 minutes while playing through the pedal. Each joint is soldered via the standards I learned while at the US Navy Advanced Electronics soldering class.
